I’ve Been taking my kids here for years and I don’t know why because they never have a solution they can never help with anything and everything is a virus or some home remedy And now instead of taking my kid to the doctor they advised me to take him to the hospital or urgent care for a virus instead of them I don’t even know why we have a doctor we go to the hospital more than we do our own doctor

Very unprofessional staff. After calling 4 times, starting at 9am, we did not hear back at all regarding my husband’s need for his prescription. If it could not be filled, he was more than willing to schedule an appointment, HAD ANYONE EVER CALLED HIM BACK! We called again around 6pm only to be told Sarah, who was the person responsible for signing off on it, had left for the day and all we got from Ashley was, “I’m sorry.”Had this need for his prescription not been urgent, we would not be this upset, however his therapist’s contact information was also given and it took him calling 4 times, with no assistance. My husband was/is going through a crisis. Is this the normal procedure for filling a patient’s prescription? It’s unacceptable.

Been a patient here for close to 30 years. It was a very sad day when the Wake Forest Baptist Health system purchased them. Like most of the Wake system, this has marked a strong decline in customer service, a sharp increase in trying to "up sell" services like additional appointments, computer issues regarding payments, loss medical records, etc. I really wish it would have been Novant or another system that bought them if they had to be purchased. Oh well, I was driving way out of my way to continue using this clinic anyway, time to find somewhere else...

Disappointed in multiple aspects of service, care and billing. Most recent included a bill for services not rendered as Dr. Spry (walked in the room and cancelled my appointment) she sent me to a specialist for the disease process she is uncomfortable handling. Billing fraud to insurance and now I'm being asked to pay what they wouldn't. Interesting that when calling the billing office and emailing no one will return calls/information. Cannot help but think this is because they were merged with Wake Forest as I have previously never had issues. I've removed our family from this system as a result of $79

Dismissed after missing one appointment! Good to know they keep the mental wellbeing of their patients in mind. Absolute greed. No notice, no phone call, nothing. And like most people say always a wait, always hard to get someone on the phone and lackluster care. Would not reccomend.
