WHAT A JOKE, MADE APPOINTMENT OVER A MONTH AGO FOR MY WIFE. WE HAVE EXCELLENT INSURANCE. WE SHOW UP & THEY DEMANDED $160 CO-PAY UP FRONT BEFORE ANY SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. BASICALLY MEANING THAT THE CHARGE FOR THE OFFICE CALL WAS GOING TO BE PRE-DETERMINED AT APPROXIMATELY $800, TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY AFTER THE INSURANCE PAID & BILLED ME ACCORDINGLY. APPOINTMENT WAS DENIED. THEY TOLD US WE COULD LEAVE OR PAY UP FRONT.

This place is horrible! Took my mother to there urgent care Saturday and was told by Dr Parker if he symptoms continue call me after a couple days. After calling him for 2 days I get a call from an assistant telling me he is not gonna do anything for her and take her to her primary dr. This place is a joke !!! Never Ever again will I ever go there.

They have everything you need in one building. Thw people are friendly and helpful. They are at the moment transitioning to a new computer system, thus not everything is running as smoothly as they have previously, but most things are still fine.
