One of my family members has been going to this place for almost six years. I havent had any problems until now. This place is very unprofessional and front desk staff is very rude. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in the Hillsboro area.

I went the first time and the Dr was great. I had to argue with the front office staff because they tried to say I owed almost $150 for my first appointment. I could only afford to address mental health because I met my deductible. They looked it up and adjusted what was owed to $30 which I paid.I went for my second appointment today a few min early and was told I had to pay another $30. I met my out of pocket and my deductible at this time. I have a deductible plan that doesn’t require a copay even. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay and that if they verify my benefits they will show this as well.They insisted I still had to pay them despite this. I’m a revenue cycle specialist and this is my specialty.Definitely an off putting feeling as this is mental health and the staff was unwilling to help. Really weird vibe that it’s about money for them.

Dr Gordons testing and analysis were very thorough and I appreciate him testing my child and going over everything with us

So discouraging And upsetting when your provider does not return any of your calls for four weeks. I have been trying to get help for my son. We had our first appt 5 or 6 weeks ago and next appt is next Monday and I have had questions and there was paperwork supposed to be sent to us.after numerous calls to the office I finally had a nurse call me back. I hate to drag my son to another doctor and make him go back through the intake process again but Im so upset at the lack of professionalism by this provider Dr. Gordon. So if you need help do joy make the mistake of coming to him. It is obvious he doesNot care about his patients.

The Dr I saw was great. The staff and answering center is absolutely terrible and I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK THERE Dont depend on them for doing their job unless its to collect money. Dont go here unless you love to waste your time and money

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I made an appointment a little over three weeks ago after avoiding it for over two years as a first time patient. I did not have a preference as to a provider so I was assigned a provider Morrow Dowdle. I took an unpaid day off at my new place of employment for my appointment. My appointment was for Monday. I received a call on Wednesday saying Dr. Dowdle had a non emergency doctors appointment of her own that day and they had to cancel my appointment because there was no one to see me. Dr. Dowdles time is no more important than anyone elses. For many people making the initial appointment is a hurdle in itself. This facility is unprofessional and a complete disappointment.

If I could rate with negative star to the customer service they have I would. I tried to scheduled an appointment for my daughter. She was referred to this place for urgent emotional care. As her mom I was super worried that I called the place couple times to get my daughter ASAP. The receptionist called me back to “advise” me to “no call more than once” because it filled up her voicemail. She kept talking with a disrespectful voice saying she didn’t understand me because “I have a dialect accent.” I really thought these kind of mental places were meant to help you with emotional support. I doubt this kind of treatment will help you.

I had to call in to find out on the day of my scheduled appointment that they refused my insurance and had cancelled it despite having confirmed with the staff who scheduled my appointment that the providers were in network and covered under my plan.

Facility and reception staff are very kind but slow. Never get a call back using the patient portal. I once had to wait three hours to see Dr. Wall during his walkin hours. Very difficult to set an appointment online or over the phone as they hardly respond. That being said everyone who works there is polite and kind. I dont recommend going here.
