A family member just left your facility. From the day she arrived until she left a week latter her sheets weren't changed. She had to beg for a wash cloth and towel, had no assistance with any type of bathing. Nursing staff failed to answer call light on multiple occasions, medications not given at proper time.Your facility is quilty of patient neglect, poor insufficient nursing care, improper administration of medication ( not given on schedule).

Brookshire has really bad service. That don’t answer the phone and then leave you waiting and then hang up. I am worried for a family member that is here. If I could I would put 0 stars.

I was in a car accident and broke two bones in my right leg .Well Duke done the surgery and they sent me to PRUITT REHABILITATION TO recover.what a dump that was. I had bypass surgery two weeks ago and was sent to Brookshire and I have had nothing but a great nursing staff at this place it is fantastic

My handicapped brother was at Brookshire for 3 weeks. Some days he would need a nurse, so he would push the button and no one would go to his room. He would call me to get me to call the front desk multiple times to try and get a nurse to go in his room and when I did they would take there time or just ignore my request. My family and I dropped gifts off to him and when he was moved out of Brookshire, over half of his things were missing. I called an administrator and never received a return call . I called the nurse manager with hopes that things would change but they never did. If my disabled brother was treated like this, I can only imagine how other residents are treated. Very disappointed in Brookshire!

I've been to multiple Rehab facilities throughout the years and this is the best one by far. Everyone from the nursing staff, therapy staff, housekeeping, and dietary were so friendly. It really makes a difference in your recovery. I would choose Peak Resources for my Rehab over and over.
