My mom dreaded going in to get an ingrown nail taken care of. After her appointment, she said Dr. Grant was set her at ease and she didn’t feel a thing. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my two experiences with Dr.Grant and his team. Anyone who has had an ingrown toe knows how tender and painful it can be. Dr. Grant and his team took the time to talk through options and make sure that I was in no pain. He was also really great at distracting me during the procedure so I can focus on other things than my poor toes! Really recommend his services!

Dr. Grant is personable and listens. He examined foot and asked questions and before calling for x-rays. Nurse and doctor asked about pain level. Treatment options offered. Wrap and instruction provided for home care and follow-up visit offered, but optional. Condition improved that night! Thank you!

I wish I had never trusted the seemingly humble, but incompetent, and indecisive Dr. Grant. I am very active and had pain from bunion and hammertoe. He said he had successful cases and was sure that the choice of surgery would ease the pain. He under treated my bunion, did not treat the problem which is creating the hammertoe. The biggest problem is that after the practice was paid (a few weeks) by my insurance, and problems from the surgery were clear (and he affirmed the condition was getting worse) HE IGNORED MY PROBLEM, and refused to help or even advise me on ways to improve the problem which was worsened by his poor choice of surgery. I left messages about things I researched may help, and he did not return one call. I endured a lot of pain, and put a lot of money out for a botched surgery and unresponsive practice. I requested to see another podiatrist to try to help (after Dr. Grant stood me up in an appointment). I made the appointment and Dr. Grant cancelled it, and kept me waiting 90 minutes so he could give me the same lack of information. He also put in my records that he suggested physical therapy, but my partner and I both suggested it and he said wait for a few months, so false information in my records on top of lack of care. After 3 months the office said they had other patients, and Colleen the office manager hung up on me twice when I asked for a call back. The far left picture was 2 weeks after surgery, and you can see how the bunion and big toe move over the next few weeks, NO TREATMENT, help, or guidance. I would recommend not trusting this doctor or practice. I went from hiking 12 miles a week with some pain, to (after HE did surgery) hiking 4 or 5 miles per week with a great deal of pain.

Not only is he a great podiatrist but he is an extremely nice person! His assistant is as well!

My surgery failed, and my best advice is to make sure this doctor measures, tests, looks over, and consults with other doctors before doing surgery. Also review with this doctor what the plan would be if the bunion does not move and hammertoe continues. Indecisive and ambivalence are my primary concerns about this doctor, not knowing what to do, or how to fix something. There was also no calls back from the doctor when I asked about a possible treatment option, nor were any of my messages on the portal responded to in 3.5 months. This was a very disappointing experience that left me with a huge distrust of this doctor.

I would love to take a minute to share my great customer service experience at foot and ankle Specialist in Holly Springs. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and incredibly nice. Michelle The front desk lady was a pleasure. Stephanie the medical assistant Was also very nice and thorough. I have to say Dr. Brower has to be the nicest, most thorough and genuine doctor I have ever met. I can’t say enough about these ladies I will definitely go back if I’m ever in need and Highly recommend them.
