If you are requesting medical advice you will be attended to with great attention to details and care. Just a notation … if you are telling what your want or demanding what you think you need you will probably be cared for however you are limiting the ability of these professionals to assist you. At this office they found details which had not been addressed or even noted in some cases at previous medical facilities. Everyone from the front desk to the phlebotomist is kind and open to listening so medical issues are identified and treated appropriately.
Hung up on me while trying to make an appointment. No call back or anything. Wouldn’t waste your time.
I absolutely love Ginger Kenney P.A she's so kind and compassionate she takes her time to hear you out and and being a nurse myself it means a lot when a provider can take the time you need to make you feel heard before leaving. I just can't thank her enough for all that she's done so far with my Health.
I had an appointment at 10:30am for a basic physical exam and was hoping to establish MedFirst as my primary care. I arrived at 10:20am to check in. The person behind the desk did not acknowledge me in anyway as she helped schedule another patient… I was ok with this because I had arrived early for this exact reason. I waited ten minutes before the person behind the desk finished up and acknowledged me then began the check in process, before I could ask any questions, she answered the phone and continued to check me in while answering questions over the phone. I was then asked to take a seat and wait. So I waited, and waited, and waited. After an hour of waiting in the lobby (with a tv turned up so loud that it was probably clearly heard next door) a man walked in and began complaining about malpractice and lack of support. It was at this time that I had finally reached the end of my patience. I walked to the desk and told them that I may possibly reschedule, but could not wait any longer. They immediately offered to bring me to the back… too little too late. I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not use this clinic, and find another primary care physician.
I had a very pleasant visit Amanda Boyett was a very patient and caring she made sure my visit was great she took the time to answer any and everything I asked
Just got a $10 bill from a visit 7 years ago…. Never was sent a bill prior to this. Now they are threatening collections? Something isn’t adding up.
I pay per visit. I pay in full when I visit. For the past 12 months I have been getting a bill showing I didn’t pay. Each time I go in and let them know and they say they have it fixed. Then I get another bill showing it is past doe and More is added on for any time I have gone in since. Again I pay in full each time. They said they have fixed it. Then again I get another bill show I have not paid. Remember I pay in full. I have the receipt for payment. They tell me it is fixed. I then asked for a print out from them to show that what they said is in fact true. Their answer from Jason was “NO”. No explanation for it and I still am looking for the next bill
The staff is professional and caring. Crystal Is very knowledgeable and gives me her total attention. I would recommend Med Mart Holly Springs to anyone looking for a great place to go when you are sick or for a new Primary care doctor.
I love Med Mart the staff is wonderful they listen to all my needs and have helped me tremendously
Amanda Boyett is very good at what she does and she's also very personal. She cares about each individual that she comes in contact with. At the same time doing what she can to help everyone around her. Many hats Amanda wears an does it with a smile. Awesome job!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
