Took my son here for a first visit because we were going to be changing our kids doctor - spent 15 minutes with the doctor for him to tell us “it’s nothing” (which was great!) but then I received a bill for $360!! When I called about it, I was told it doesn’t matter how long he spends it is still charged as an office visit and so I asked why my doctor at the same practice charges much less, I was told all doctors charge their own fee - this is close to double what mine charges!!! And my doctor is fantastic! She also doesn’t try to push unwanted flu vaccines on me like Dr. Kilpatrick tried to do with my son while we were there. Normally I would just pay the bill, change doctors and move on, but I feel like everyone should know what I didn’t know and that is that doctors can charge whatever they want and they are all different so do your research and IMO stay away from a $360/hr. doctor unless you met your deductible and insurance will pay for it. We won’t be going back to him.
