Kidzcare Pediatrics Pc Hope Mills's Online Review Report Card

The new front desk people (especially the new male) are rude and literally won’t reply when you ask them a question in person. Like they won’t even acknowledge your existence. His phone presence was horrible, rude and rushed as well. I’m a patient person but we had an 11 o’clock appt and it’s been about an hour with not even a check in. And I asked if something was going on or just wanted to verify we were checked in being that I have a premature baby who I don’t like even having to bring to such a “sick” environment for very long and they acted like I wasn’t even there. It’s hard to find quality medical care unfortunately but yeah.. this place lost one of their best doctors recently and sadly I’ll probably now be leaving as a patient!

Sarah Allen is the best pediatrician I’ve ever encountered. She is amazing with my kids and very informative.

I decided to switch my son’s pediatrician when he was 3 months old. We started going to Kidzcare. I was satisfied with the care, but not with the front desk staff or their appt waiting time. I have a 10 month old son and when I call because he is sick I expect to be made a priority. Not be told I have to wait 8 days or go to an urgent care. My son has been sick for some time, and in desperation I called one day in tears. Brandon answered the phone. He was patient and kind. And he took the time to help me find a solution. Around the same time that we found Brandon, we found Mytrang (one of the providers). 2 weeks ago I had every intention on switching my son to a different pediatrician. And I was waiting for availability. But since we started seeing Mytrang and Brandon helping with all of the communication in between I couldn’t be happier. I am finally being heard and we have finally found the solution to my sons problems! I love this office and everything they have done for me and my son over the past week. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I am currently at the KidzCare pediatrics in Hope Mills. I been here since 9am for both my kids to get their yearly check up. It’s going on 11 and I’m still here waiting on my daughter to get her hpv vaccine. I don’t understand why this is taking so long when I had an appointment set. When I got here I had to fill out paper work and didn’t even get called to the back until almost 10am. My kids are missing half of school when this appointment should have only took about an hour and I’m missing half of work this is ridiculous and I’m going to switch my kids doctors office.

I get here on time. Then we sit out front for over an hour then we are put in a room four another hour before we where ever seen.

My experience today was great. The quickest pediatric sick care service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you.

Very poor patient service.... They don't care what's so ever!!!

We transferred to this location from the one in Lillington (who was great) and this location is absolutely awful. Zero people skills, not clean , not organized, they are rude , unwelcoming and just all around unfriendly!

They never answer the phone

The staff in the back is fine it’s the front desk they set me up for a 9:00 am for 3 kids except one but told me all 4 of my kids were 9:30 they took no accountability even though I had proof so they did let me stay waited in waiting room for a over 1 1/2 hours I was told I was next after I asked and the staff rudely said I was next however 4 more people went ahead I asked and she rudely replied when I asked that was not the doctor she assigned me to and I said well all you said was I was next so how would I know that and a lady came in during and was saying how she had been on hold for a hour because they gave her the wrong appointment!
