List of Robert A. Yapundich's Reviews
I had made an appointment weeks before and only a few days before my appointment they cancelled and was going to change it till September. My appointment was in June. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. I have horrible restless legs day and night. I could not wait. They did not even provide me with an option to see another one in another town. I normally am not a person to complain. I was able myself to find another Doctor who got me in right away. You need to treat patients like they matter and important. Your front staff the only thing they could say was I am sorry. The only reason I am leaving one star is because years ago a friend was treated and did very well.
I love Dr. Yapundich. Hes got Super polite staff when you call too.
I have been trying to get to the bottom of neuropathy and back concerns and though Dr Yapundich has had to refer me elsewhere he has been the point person to keep things moving in the right direction. Always seems to listen and work for what is best for the patient.
Was very relaxed during the discussion. I was very impressed by Dr. Y at the end of the appointment Ifelt like Dr. y would come up with answers as to what was my problem for falling. I am now waiting forappointment for brain MRI. Then we will be back to discuss his findings. So thankful we found Dr. Y.
Excellent Dr Connie and Alice are awesome as well.
I have MS and Dr. Yapundich is the best in this area. It can be difficult to get an appointment but if you can wait it’s worth it of course if you can’t let the office know He’s one of my favorite doctors.
Empathetic caring and thorough physician. Great personality for the job role. Along with knowledge and education doctor maintains superb beside manner and makes client care the priority Highly recommend for all of your neurological needs
Dr Yapundich is an excellent neurologists. I have been going to Dr Y for over 10 years. He is very intelligent trustworthly compassion and kind. Dr Y will go beyond to get you started in the right direction. Answers all ER visits to made sure you get the correct medicine. Hard to get the 1st visit but once in. Dr Y is so worth the wait. Very Highly recommend Dr Yapundich.
I LOVE Dr. Y. There arent enough kind words to describe his bedside manner professionalism ability to explain to you exactly what is happening in laymans termswithout making you feel like an idiot his genuine concern for your health AND your opinion on your medical care. He always says Id like to... and if you are willing to try... It gives you a sense that you are truly in control of your own health decisions. If you have concerns he addresses them. He takes time to talk through all the details without rushing. His staff is equally as fabulous. Everyone from the front desk to his office managerassistant Connie. If you have a problem you call. She will call you right back. If he is out of town she is in direct contact with him for you. If you have an appointment and he needs to reschedule they always get you a sooner appointment. Having MS is a daunting thing to live with knowing Dr. Y and his team are on my side always helps so much.
he might be great but his front office staff are evil and horrible

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
