From the time that checked in until the time I left, I felt like the experience was unprofessional. I really do not feel like anyone in that practice cared about my dignity, my comfort or my outcome. My outcome was suboptimal.

Great care! Dr. Bergsman was very thorough, kind, and supportive!!! His student assistant was as well! They helped relieve some of my stress about my surgery situation and I am so grateful!!! All of the office assistants were so kind as well! I felt very comfortable and taken care of!
