Came in for an MRI. Knee injury. Greeted quickly and politely. Everything prearranged. One short form to complete and a brief wait. Greeted a second time by the MRI Tech. Walked me back to a locker. Put my things away and set me into the MRI machine. The machine was completely setup for me with bracing for my knee already in place. WOW. Great service. Tech added a couple of additional blocks to keep knee from moving. I fell right to sleep. Approximately 20-25 minutes later everything was complete. Escorted back to locker and back to the waiting room. Everything complete. then I was told I could exit as everything was done. I was given a CD to provide to my doctor. Great service great staff. Very impressed!

I'm a disabled veteran who underwent surgery to remove a malignant tumor in July, 2020. Ever since billing and scheduling future appointments have been a nightmare!I was recently scheduled for a CT scan on Dec 28. I began having excruciating pain in my kidney area where the tumor was. I called Atrium radiology and asked if they had any earlier available appointments regardless of location. They obliged and scheduled an appointment for today, Dec 23rd. Great. I arrived at my appointment over AN HOUR EARLY so I could present the proper VA authorization paperwork.Within a few minutes the lady at the front desk called me up and said I needed to speak with a supervisor named Steven who was on the phone. Steven (could possibly have been Steve) said my VA authorization was only good for Atrium Hospital, University. They refused to perform the CT scan in Huntersville! He rescheduled my appointment for Dec 29th which is later than my original appointment. How nice. I just hope there's not another tumor there.Lastly, the black gentleman who "greeted " me at the front desk was VERY RUDE. Upon entering the building I had to pull my mask down below my nose for a moment because my glasses were beginning to fog up and I needed to read the directory. He said I needed to pull my mask up and said so in a nasty tone. I told him to give me a few seconds to read the board. He said, "You should have had it up when you came on." We had words and I told him how rude he was. Very unprofessional!Wish I could give them a zero.

I received several calls from this place within the span of just a couple hours while I was working! I cannot turn my phone off at work because I have a family and I may have an emergency. What if Saturdays were my day of worship? Tech did apologize profusely once I arrived.
