I felt so comfortable he is someone who genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision for me. He explained everything to me. I was given all the option and what the outcome could be. I wasn’t persuaded one way or the other. I was told what the best treatment would be with least scaring but was not talked into it at all and turns out that’s what I chose. I left there feeling confident and can’t wait for results!!! After this heals I’m going back for more! It’s nice to have a DR and his nurse be so friendly and personable! Making jokes as I was nervous and that was even better as it relaxed me!

If I could give more stars I would. I recently had a procedure done at PPSD and I could not be happier! From the initial phone call I made to the day I left after my checkup, I have had the best experience. I was treated with kindness and respect by a very professional group of people. I first spoke with the surgery coordinator, DeLaynee. She was able to get me an appointment the following week which is basically unheard of. DeLaynee was able to get all of the necessary records and clearances needed and I didn't have to jump through any hoops like a lot of other offices. I met with Dr. Freeman and we discussed my procedure and how it would go. He was very easy to talk with and I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. The nurses and the CRNA were great as well. They took very good care of me throughout this procedure and I could not have been in better hands. I was scheduled to be at the clinic at 7a.m. I was there and a nurse came right out to get me. I very recently had to undergo a very difficult surgery and Dr. Freeman was my Plastic Surgeon. When he came into the room within a couple minutes I was totally at ease with the treatment options he proposed. Dr. Freeman and his staff were wonderful and caring and straight up with me. No sugar coating, no BS. They made sure that I was comfortable and even rocked out the office with Alexa for me. I received excellent care and after several follow-up visits my head wound had healed and closed, allowing me to go on with my life. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Darrell W. Freeman. He is getting a Christmas card from me this year. :)
