Dr. Heather Day was kind and courteous. She has a very comforting smile if you don’t enjoy going to the doctor. She helped me understand all the issues that I was having with my vision and took the time to make sure I was comfortable in my new frames. I’m not a fan of wearing glasses, (like most people :)) but she helped me understand my need and was very helpful. Definitely recommend her expertise!

Made an appointment on Wednesday to see Dr. Mian on the following Monday. When I got there the office staff said we tried to call you Friday one time to tell you we are not in your network. I politely asked did you call me this morning? She just stood there with a blank stare and would not answer. I told her she could have called me between 8am and 9am that morning because my appointment was not until 9 40 am and I did not leave until 9 10 am. Once again a blank stare and she said nothing not even an apology. What a joke. I told her at least I tried and left.

If you are looking for a compassionate eye doctor, Dr. Day is the one. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. She will take good care of you. Don't hesitate to make an appt.

Dr. Day and her staff are wonderful. I had gone to another eye doc for years in the same town in the Forest Heights Shopping Center. I didn't know what I was missing until one day the other doc treated me so terribly that I decided to never go back to him. I made an appointment with Dr. Day and was so pleased. Her equipment is so much more up to date and she is so caring and intelligent. Although my feelings were hurt that the other doctor was so hateful and mean, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it led me to a much better eye doc!

Dr. Day could not have been anymore caring. Her staff was just as nice. We were visiting the area for the summer and needed to see an Eye Dr. and she was recommended by people living in the area. We were made feel so welcome and got what we needed.
