Dr. Hubbard performed a nephrectomy for me in 2010 after being diagnosed with kidney cancer. My experience was wonderful! He was very patience and helped through a difficult time. I am now a kidney cancer survivor and am very grateful for his medical treatment.

Dr. Hubbard was quite compassionate when he broke the news to me that I suffered from renal cell carcinoma at the age of 41. He was practicing at Novant in Winston-Salem at the time. He answered all my questions, and he clearly explained the upcoming surgery. He visited with me the morning of my nephrectomy, and I felt comfortable in his hands. Over six years later, here I am. I would consider moving to Charleston if I were to develop any future issues!

Very pleasant and professional surgeon. I was referred to him by another urologist from within his practice. He performed a robotic partial nephrectomy due to a malignant growth on a kidney. Although hospital stays are seldom pleasant, the care provided by Dr Hubbard and his team was excellent. Results were exactly as described with quick, well monitored recovery and follow up.

Dr. Hubbard treated me for a sudden kidney stone. He is very thorough. He called me personally afterwards to see how I was feeling and explained a few more tests he wanted to do to isolate a condition causing me to make stones. I definitely recommend him. He is direct and to the point with information and thinks about your condition to come to a definite resolution / solution. I am glad I went to him!

My husband needed a urologist urgently, and we were referred to Dr. Hubbard for a lithotripsy and stent. We were very satisfied with the competent care, and excellent bedside manner. He took time to explain things before and after the procedure, and didn't rush out of the room. We highly recommend him!!

Dr. Hubbard is a smart doctor but should examine patients. He acts as though he is a phychiatrist. He should perform some type of physical exam. It is my feeling some type of exam should be performed.

Amazing! Im a 55 y/o male who underwent gall bladder removal surgery. After the surgery I wasn't able to urinate. I was devastated, especially with a family history of bladder and prostate cancer. Its an awkward situation, dealing with such private matters, and fearful of life altering outcomes. Dr. Hubbard, his nurse, and the entire staff, made this such a positive and comfortable experience. I am so fortunate and blessed to have been under their care. They are truly the "A" Team !!
