Thought I would "give it a try" since I needed a change. Had seen the commercials but figured that was other people's stories and probably either took a very long time or wouldn't fit in my schedule or work for me. But decided to commit to doing it right. It really works, as I lost 30lb in 3 months and stayed flat through the holidays. This is a great program for people who need a little extra help, as they offer appetite suppressants, but also maintain medical tracking, nutrition / lifestyle counseling, and medical provider consults.Advice: follow the journaling for at least 60 days religiously.Unlike the man who rated low for the kind of program, I give it high marks as this program forces you to deal with understanding where your ideas of "healthy eating" are wrong and eating habits are broken. Once I had lost 20-25 lbs, I felt better and looked better, and a number of other issues from allergies to "hormone related" *wink* dramatically improved also.This is also a great location, easy in and out, with juice and coffee places almost next door, and the staff is incredibly nice, high energy, and encouraging!

This is a very professional business especially at the Huntersville location. There’s usually no wait time at all and I am seeing very quickly. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and with each visit I leave with more direction and feeling inspired. I have already lost 10 Plus pounds and I am near my goal weight. (William Green)
