Took my girl because she was having excruciating pain and they literally made us wait while she was in pain. She kept screaming and no help. She got pain medicine towards the end. What type of stuff is that? If you dont wanna have any complications with your Situation. DONT GO THERE

I have been going to the same office for many years and really is getting harder to make an appointment. I try to set a follow up appointment and the women working on switchboard was so rude Its so hard to call to the office and customer service doesnt even know the doctors name even if you tell them. Very disappointed

Had my baby here recently and it was such an amazing experience my nurse Courtney and my doctor were so helpful. Honestly the whole labor and delivery team was amazing I can’t name everyone but thank you to all my nurses and that one special doctor who last name starts with a D

I had absolutely great service from the doctors staff and hospital during my stay. I cannot say enough about the care I received. However getting through to billing can be a chore. I think they have fixed the problem where they put you on hold and you eventually got cut off. But I still had problems if I left a callback message never got a call back. I worked over four hours today trying to get to somebody that could help me. I finally got through to a nice lady who fixed my account that I have been trying to pay and clear out since the first of July. I always brag on your hospital and now maybe I can again

Nursing and surgical staff are the most compassionate and friendly people I’ve ever experienced at a hospital. Very thorough and their attention to detail was remarkable. Highly recommend

They all treated me so well during my stay for surgery. I was truly nervous but they helped put me at ease. Thank you so much

Came by ambulance after I almost passed out while driving from something bursting inside me. I spent 8 hours in the waiting room with no care.

My most alfull experience at a hospital ever I had a heart attack went in through the ER it was crowned in the waiting room and busy but not too bad got into the ER still not too bad i was admitted but here they had no rooms so i was put in a closet type room temporally for 2 days They were going to do a heart catheterization i had 3x at atrium in concord no problem well not here they over dosed me on something to relax me i came too the next day after somehow falling face first on the floor outside my closet i missed my proceedure i couldnt sign consent form i did finally get it done no memory of it they found a room with graffiti on the ceiling really they didnt care u had fell they tried to brush it off i had a concession and stitches no member of mgt would see me no one cared i was really banged up i had pictures Do not go here Please im serious i will never go there again I really could have died not from the heart attack but poor in hospital care if i can get a lawyer ill sue and thats not me

Good Service and Great staff

I am visiting family here from out of state. Fell and hit my ribs really hard I have osteoporosis and think I broke them but after languishing in the waiting room for 4hrs I still haven’t been to an exam room. Good thing I self medicated before the 30 min drive to get here. No compassion or empathy no one checking on me or all the others waiting some who are elderly or very young. All labs and Xrays are done from the waiting room where you are returned to after the test to continue to wait for an interminable amt of time. I worked in healthcare for 40 years 16 of them in an emergency dept and this place is the worst. Can’t wait to see my bill since my Illinois insurance is out of network in North Carolina.
