Dr Miles & all of his staff, are kind and caring and always make you feel comfortable & at ease. I have been a client for several years now & travel 5 hours round trip to go there. It is worth it to me because I know I will receive expert care and advice from Dr Miles & his staff.

I was not a huge fan of the language used towards the part of my body I wanted addressed. Dr. Miles aggressively grabbed parts of my skin, pulled and pinched, used words like “chunk” and “blob”. Obviously I have a complicated relationship with this part of my body and the way he spoke about it was indecent and unkind. Before photos were very dehumanizing. I was told to “grab (my belly) and jiggle it” for photos. I have surgical trauma and Dr. Miles roughly grabbed and pulled the scarring. This was not a trauma informed dr. The cost was exorbitant as well. The highest quote of all the surgeons I saw before choosing one and it was going to be another $1500 on top of the 13k quote to fix a small hernia. All the other surgeons I went to said they would fix it for no extra cost, as it takes such a small amount of time to correct. I settled on Dr. Coley in Greensboro. He is trauma informed, so gentle, so kind, and preserves his patient’s dignity.

Dr. Erik Miles has an excellent rapport with his patients. Very common sense oriented when it comes to elective plastic surgery, and results are incredible.

We all have our own story on why we need or want a cosmetic procedure. The challenge in this for all of us is to find a professional team you are comfortable with, can easily talk to and be understood along your journey. Well, I found my team, my story was heard, my treatment plan explained in great detail with the up most respect and consideration for me. I've experienced the best care, my recovery simply amazing and never a moment did I ever feel I was a not a person of importance to my team here at North Charlotte Plastic Surgery. A personal thank you to Dr.Miles..you've given me so much to smile and feel good about. Every team member that surrounds you, has your best interest at heart..those ladies are amazing! Dr. Miles and his staff are wonderful. Last year I had a breast reduction I’m so happy with my results. Dr. Miles made sure the healing process was comfortable for me. I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Miles for a breast reduction. This is by far the best decision I have ever made.
