I had a wonderful experience here today after my co-worker recommended. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and went over my treatment plan in detail. I will be back and recommend.

I've been coming here since Dr. Barrows was here. I've always had great experiences and once Dr.Ngyen started I've always preferred going on the days she's in. They've always taken great care of me. They front desk workers are always helpful and understanding.

I had a perfectly healthy tooth, they recommended an option filling redo, ended up with a huge root canal infection. Their doctors change every day, can’t hold anyone accountable

All staff, dentists and assistants and kind and knowledgeable. Every staff member is pleasant to interact with and always assure patients are comfortable and taken care of. I bring my whole family to this dentist, including my special needs brother and I was so satisfied with the way the dental assistant worked with him so that he wasn’t afraid. Recommend this dentistry to any and everyone!

IF You like your teeth…. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Got my teeth cleaned there by an Indian lady Dentist. Who did damage to my teeth by shaving it down too much. And drilled a hole in my top left side. And told me to come back in a week time to do the other half.. and a fill in. I was in So much pain weeks afterwards. Then the secretary, calls me two days prior Two appointment date. Asking me to reschedule for six in the morning because they have other children that are priority .. after being so pushy about getting a deep cleaning. which still at this time leaves me in a limbo three months later to find another dentist. Poor Care! Poor Service! And Poor Scheduling at this location as well as Poor customer assistance. I highly do not recommend. Now I see, why my children didn’t want to come here either .

I've had several appointments here for fillings and a cleaning and I've had great experiences with the staff. Fran at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at your office and would like to share my concerns. I initially came in because I was experiencing pain from a partially broken molar and was hoping to receive treatment for that issue. However, during multiple visits, the focus was placed on cleanings and other procedures instead of addressing the main problem that brought me in. Over the course of four visits, I spent approximately $2,000 out of pocket. Despite this, the original issue with my molar was never treated, and I was ultimately given a referral to see another dentist. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I came in with pain and expected the primary concern to be addressed. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the urgent issue was not treated and why so many procedures were performed before addressing the main problem. From a patient’s perspective, this experience felt very discouraging and financially burdensome. I hope you will review this situation and consider how patients in pain are handled in the future.
