High turn over . Toxic work environment so they keep losing their therapists and don't even call you to tell you they quit . Horrible admin . This place will be closed up in no time at all

My child comes here for PT and OT. I can not say enough good things about the facility and staff. Very professional and you can tell they genuinely care for the kids!

Great attitudes, they do their jobs. BUT not handling the pandemic well regarding staff. My son saw 4 therapists in less than 6 months. One lady left 3 weeks of him seeing her. I could see if this was a retail store but working with special needs children it's not good for too much change. You'd think they would take that into consideration before taking on new patients. Over all the bells and whistle are nice but the quality care does not match. Will be taking my child elsewhere .

Ashley Warren is an incredible speech therapist! My son absolutely loved going to therapy, and Ashley always gave 110%. We will miss you, Ashley and any child is lucky to have you for their therapist. You do amazing work! Thank you again!

This place is just so nice! The staff are all very nice and helpful. We specifically love Miss Ashley, she is amazing! Honestly, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She truly cares about each and every child. She’s so enthusiastic and happy! I recommend her to everybody.

Love this spot so much. Sam and Glo inherited my hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos and needed a multidisciplinary approach. PB has the resources for find a perfect fit for the kiddos, and the facility to make it all so much fun for them. My homeschooling co-teachers for so many things. AND, the front desk staff deserve many shouts. These friendly, wonderful women make it so easy to handle all the technical details. (PB also has many bilingual staff, which I don't think is appreciated enough's these days. You guys are amazing).
