Once I get in, everything is great, getting in is the problem. I have a computer call me up so schedule and appointment, then keeps me waiting for 10+ minutes, not once, but multiple times. Then they call me to go over the procedure, and if you have to call back, good luck getting anyone on the phone. All the ladies in the back are awesome, but they really need to work on their scheduling procedures.

This was my first time at this establishment and staff was extremely kind. Amanda was the one who did my x-rays and she was so down to earth and funny! It certainly makes a difference when staff act human as opposed to a robotic revolving door business!

I had an MRI on my left knee. Everyone at the office was great. Macie helped me upon checkin and checkout and Katie was my technician. Both were very kind and professional.

My daughter was scheduled to come in for an ultrasound. This place saw the day prior that the order was wrong and never called me to let me know and reschedule. Instead they called and confirmed appointment, let me bring her in when she hasn’t ate or drank anything due to them telling us not to. I get here, complete paperwork and get called back to be told can’t do it? They deflated everything onto the dr, which sure has some blame but THEY never called me to notify me and reschedule. So I had to leave go to dr office to get everything fixed. They were supposed to call us and confirm everything was fixed and never did. We had to call twice and they finally called back at last minute. My daughter is young and nervous so I stepped behind the ultrasound lady to comfort her (at my daughters feet) and was told don’t get behind me. I just wanted to tell her they will push on her tummy some and that she will be ok. To add one of the front desk ladies wasn’t the most polite, I tried to say something and she cut me off mid sentence. This has been the worst experience ever and after this we will never come back nor recommend anyone to this facility. They have an issue with manners and not taking ownership for what they did wrong.
