I was seen today and I must say I’ve never been treated with as much kindness as I was today - at this urgent care or any other. All of the staff who were working today that I encountered were SO kind even though I know they must have been exhausted, as they were extremely busy with lots of sick patients.I was very appreciative of the treatment I received.

Terrible patient support, don't waste your money there!! My wife was prescribed an antibiotic with known harse side effects, which she started experiencing.I called in for her and requested an alternative anti-biotic, I was told she should be taken to the ER to be evaluated instead of them just calling in another one.

The we’re good about seeing me run test found out what was wrong and said the would call me let me know what was wrong they did also called medicine in quicker than most doctors would the doctor was great the staff was great

Took my daughter here tonight for possibly a UTI. Our nurse was super nice however our PA Josh was very dismissive and seemed to care more about going home then seeing my daughter. He decided after I had to convince him to let us try to get a urine sample. We went to the bathroom and two minutes later he knocks on the door and tells us we need to just go to the ER because they don’t have a catheter and they are closing. He also decided it would be ok for him to comment on how my 2 year old daughter is not potty trained. I have always went here if I needed an urgent care and had a great experience but after that I will not be going back.

I had the need to use the facility yesterday morning. Kimberly Parrert was my PA. I can notsay enough about the excellent care I received from her and also the young nurse who took my vitals etcWhat a blessing to have such a professional but warm and caring facility in our little town of Elkin NC.

I went to the urgent care to get treatment. I was denied service because I couldn't pay a past balance, which is illegal. You can not deny to treat a patient due to not being able to pay. The woman at the front printed off a bill that was supposedly mine but had a different name and address on it. When I tried to explain that 1. it wasn't my bill and 2. I could pay my co-pay and a portion of what she was asking, she said I couldn't be seen until I paid what she was asking. I called and left a message with the manager over the urgent care's and have not received anything back. I will be reporting this as high as it goes for denying medical services due to not being able to pay. I had to go to the hospital and occur another larger bill.
