William Ballard's Online Review Report Card

I am a regular patient..i can never get a same day appt for being sick. I wasn't told that I would be seeing another doc. Wanted to see my doctor. Front office I find rude everytime I call .ask me why I don't go to urgent care? Doc that seen me not my reg doc.. didn't listen to me. A person knows there body. I find that today's healthcare doc. Carry head a little too high not listen to their patients.why we have mistakes fatatlities high .. Seems to be hard to find a good doc anymore.. tried to get me to go buy store brands medicine...most of the time.. a patient has already tried all these remedies..that is why we wait to go to the doc. Doctor is our last resort. Buy that time we are very sick..We need something or we wouldn't be there. Not listening to a patient what works for them. Or asking questions. Not being thorough. Blowing a patient off as if we don't know our bodies is rude.thats a big issue doc not listening taking time being thorough anymore.

Dr. Ballard is a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough and listens to my comments and complaints and provides understandable explanations and options on how to proceed. Dr. Ballard keeps up with all current procedures and medicines. He follows all the protocols for my age group. I feel very lucky to have him for my doctor.

He does not communication with patient. He dont listen and does not support medicine even needed. Ok his decision to support patients is iffy. Acts nice wants over do follow ups not enuff medicion required even other doctors!

I have been going to Jonesville Family Medical, and seeing Dr Evan Ballard, since July of 2015, and still currently see him. The receptionist has always been very friendly and helpful to me, and willing to answer any questions I might have. The doctor himself is very open-minded and willing to listen to you thoroughly. I have been to many doctors in the past, and never had a doctor treat me so courteously and professionally -- while still having a little bit of a sense of humor at least! I especially appreciate, too, that the staff and doctors remember me when I come in! I really don't feel like 'just another sick person' when I go there. :)

This place. Last time I was there, I had to show up personally just to try and get an appointment, as I could never get anyone to answer the phone. The office staff is the absolute worst. Rude and disrespectful. Dr. ballard, not much better, he acted as if I was interrupting him and an inconvenience. I am actively trying to find another doctor office, as it's just too much of a hassle to deal with this bunch of people. Maybe they will drive off all their patients and then the doctors can go play golf and the office staff can do what they want to do. Eat more, by the looks of them.

We can't get anyone to answer the phone any time we need to speak to a doctor or the office. We have to drive to the office and then the receptionist is rude and acts as if some one has disturbed her office procedures I have been in the waiting room and witnessed two or three in the office "chatting" and the phone rang. No one made an effort to answer and as always, the recording comes on saying everyone is busy or away from the phone and to leave a message. We have to wait, wait and wait to see if some one will be interested in what the call is all about. Our time is important to us also! This needs to be corrected! All of the doctors are polite, professional and well trained but the office procedure is not professional and doesn't encourage anyone to use the medical services no matter how good they are. If I had my Cadillac locked in the garage and couldn't get to it, having it would be useless! The services of the doctors are similar.

My 2 year old twins see Dr. Ballard and he has been just exceptional! Everyone in the office is great and make us feel like family! I can always get in right away and if I have a question Dr, Ballard calls back himself very quickly! I am having another baby and when she is born she will go there too! Cannot recommend highly enough!
