My Covid vaccine experience was awesome. I ❤️CHA!!’

Just went through the Covid vaccine clinic. So well organized and efficient. People working the event were helpful and very friendly. I have seen terrible reviews on tv of other clinics but this one was stress free and flowed very smoothly. Good job to the organizers!!

We just received our first COVID vaccine. The line moved quickly and we were impressed by the efficiency. The longest part was waiting 15 minutes after the shot. Thank you for a job well done!

My entire family and I got tested for COVID at one of their testing sites. We are all sick and have no taste or smell. They said we would get our results in about 3 days or less but we actually had to call on the 4th day just to ask our results. Even though we know we all have COVID, only 1 of us came back positive and the other 4 came back negative. Needless to say their tests are completely unreliable. DO NOT GET TESTED WITH CABARRUS HEALTH ALLIANCE!!

I once respected this facility even with things that I notice that were unfair or unjust. The situation that was at state towards myself and my child could have been handled more professional on both parts. I do not hold any grudges towards anyone and I apologize for my part and choice of words. The way your facility over talked me with their bias and discriminating slurs was very unprofessional of any such facility. I tried to discuss the lies and errors but the outcome was far more cruel when you hung the phone up in my face and lied further stated I did so. Now he's discharged or kicked out! But I do thank you because I now know to seek to find another pediatric clinic that not only respect their patients but cares about their patients as well. The only sincere helper in the situation was indeed Mrs. Williams, which I do thank you. Dont wish any harm but I do suggest that you treat people the way you would in fact like to be treated. My wife Is pregnant and currently going here. They refuse to let me attend any appointments yet I’ve seen parents walk in with multiple children. She has constant complaints about being bullied and pressured by the staff. Not a professional establishment at all

Nurse Sarah was really rude. Yelling at me when I turned my neck JUST FOR A SECOND. She was being so rude and had no respect. She’s the first nurse that’s ever been so rude to me. I don’t recommend her.

I went here when I was pregnant with my son. They were extremely pushy with birth control even though I was still pregnant. There were even times when I would go to my appointment and I felt like they were talking down to me and would talk to me in a way that felt as if they thought my decision wasn't good enough. Also the doctor said she thought I was leaking fluid but she never tested me. A few days later I gave birth to my son 5 weeks early. When I was going for my follow-up, they were still pretty forceful about birth control even though I said no multiple times. I had some difficulties after birth and when I went to see them, the doctor was so rude to me.I know that the Health Alliance has other good Resources here, but I just had a very bad experience with the pregnancy Department.
