Terrible front desk people who don't know what is going on and don't communicate with one another when telling someone something. Answers are not consistent. They will cancel your appointments on you as well and schedule them out months later too.

Left me in the chair for an hour and half just to tell me I have a cavity but it’s another appointment to repair it and I need to spend 25,000 on bridges and crowns and what not! Do they not realize the insurance yearly gives $1500. Cmon I’m not rich! I walked out! She only wants to help rich people! Don’t waste yr time!

Extremely poor management. I scheduled a cleaning over a month ago. A week before the appointment, they called to move it from 3:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and I agreed. However, on the actual day of the appointment at 10:00 AM, they called again saying they couldn't see me unless I came in at 1:00 PM because the hygienist 'had to leave.' I couldn't do it because my husband had already taken the afternoon off work to watch our daughter so I could attend. It's frustrating because they get upset if a patient cancels last minute, yet they do this to their patients. I do not recommend this place at all."

The Dr and assistant i seen today were hands down the best I've seen since becoming a patient in ur office. I wish I had gotten there names but definitely I left feeling like my problem was fixed. Thank u
