Great appointment!!! My hygienist Avery was the BEST. Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The overall office visit was a very pleasant.

I had such a great experience at the Kannapolis office of Riccobene Family Dentistry today. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Leslie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me sort through an unexpected insurance hiccup, and she handled it with so much patience and kindness. That alone made a huge difference in my visit. And Janet, my hygienist, was truly exceptional. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I can honestly say she’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable appointment feel easy and even enjoyable. My dentist Dr. Phillips was also very thorough and honest about a filling that I’ll have taken care of in the near future. I’m really grateful to have found this office and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares.

First time visiting with Riccobene Associates and Family Dentistry, had a great experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming to me, took their time to make sure I was comfortable. Avery was very gentle when it came to my cleaning, Madison explained everything to me and check to see if I had any questions, Dr. Phillips took time to answer any questions I may have had and ask me about any concerns or problems with my teeth. Thanks for giving me hope again about going to the dentist!

I have always had good care here. The staff is very nice and the Dentist is Awesome he good to make sure you are numb and comfortable before he starts working on you.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

Exceptional service by the most friendly hygienist and assistants I have encountered in my 52 years. Doc was fantastic and truly kind and understanding. If you are looking for a dentist, please, do yourselves a favor and book an appointment. You will not be disappointed. THANK YOU Riccobene Associates!!
