I have been seeing Dr. Carmen Mayo for over a year now. She has been great. Takes the time to listen and doesnt seem to be rushed.The office staff has always been kind and courteous. I have read some of the bad reviews and cant believe this si the same clinic. Like stated my visits and experiences have been great with Bethany and I will continue to use them as my primary Dr.ThanksDavis J Small

My father was seeing Ms.Mayo. She was treating him for stage 3 kidney failure and hypertension before he got sick with covid. He was so sick his boss seen him pull his legs out of the car just to get out the day before. Mayo never did see him a woman named Roxana Cortez swabbed his nose. Cortez is a cma and never once checked his vitals blood pressure or lungs with his preexisting conditions and told him he was positive and to go home to bed and wait for further instructions. Mayo was supposed to call my dad that Friday 85 but did not call until Saturday from an unknown number which he refuses to answer. He finally called her Monday to tell her he could not breathe and she just told him she would call back Thursday. On Tuesday 89 my mother calls up there to find out why he has not been seen or rushed to the hospital and one of the nurses told her that she could take him if she felt like it according to wake forest baptist health he would not have made it another 5 hours. This is my second review due to helen telling my mother she hoped her daughter found it in her heart to take it down when he walked back through the door. GUYS MY DAD IS IN AN URN Because of this negligence and malpractice.

What has the world came to when your sick and make a doctors appointment when you arrive the doctor will not see you. My brother in law came the Bethany Medical made and appointment was not seen by the doctor he was very sick. My brother in law was sent home the doctor call him in some medicine. Where the doctor did not see my brother in law he is now dead. Take the time to see your Patients .Now my sisters cries everyday for her husband his children grandchildren cry for him also. Just think if this was to happen to you if you were sick and were in need of a doctor there was no help for you how would you FEEL?
