Minus Dr. Dasher (who is wonderful by the way) and the ladies at the front desk at the very front, I experienced horrible treatment by the rest of the staff, especially the medical assistant. Please get a personality and learn how to treat patients that come for care.

This office had always been caring and patient with my wellbeing. Thank you so much!

My daughter was sent home without her drivers license and insurance card. The staff said the bag they were in had been discarded ...without her knowledge. She was also sent home a few hours after surgery with a pain pump.. that once home did not work and a very unique sling with no instructions and not fitted properly. No one at a local urgent care knows how to fit it properly because they have never seen one like it. She went thru the surgery just fine, but now is stressed out and unable to rest and/or heal properly. By the way, this hospital is not local. She was sent here by someone connected with workers comp or the doctor her employer sent her to when she was injured.

Excellent service and a fine group of people.

Dr. Dasher and his entire team are the absolute best. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in bariatric options.

Well kernersville hospital was notified o was coming possible heart attack .the Dr. in CT scan with contrast and the readers dictated that I wasn't having a heart attack. Yet They sent me walking out of the CT room out into the lobby and out into the parking lot. The CT scan clearly showed blockage even though my enzymes were not up at the time the signs were all there. No one chose to read them. It was a matter of there's the exit sign that there's the door is exactly what the CT reader said to me. Dr. Zan, Tyson had to go and reprimand these people because they fell to look at the chart and see that I was to be held there to possibly be transported to Forsyth hospital for stent surgery. Yes, I was having a full-blown heart attack and was exited with little care and little thought to read the CTs. .I was a taken by ambulance from my home to Forsyth where I had 2 stents placed in me 90% ​ 60%. Never an apology. December 28th my grandson was taken to novant and kernersville because my daughter happens to live there. Running 105.2 temperature with pink eye, double ear infection, RSV. The emergency room doctor diagnosed him is just having a bug. Told her to alternate Tylenol and other pain. The next day he was able to carry him to the pediatrician's office which was open on Monday, they found the double ear infection, pink eye, RSV. Why are we having doctors that just don't diagnose? Want to get you out? Or just don't care to draw a paycheck and burn out due to lack of employees. He was so dehydrated. The pediatrician almost put him in the hospital to be put on IVs. Has our medical system went woke has our medical system failed us. Do we shove them out on the sake of insurance or just call if we want to run them through a meat mill. Whether it's my grandchild, my wife, my friend, my friend's wife , anyone! Is plain and simple. What if it was your child, mom, dad or grandparent? Would you want them to have the same treatment as you give others? I don't think so. That's why I'm writing this review. If we don't stand up to the big system, we're never going to get what we really deserve and health care. Not to freeloaders,But the ones who pay for it and have paid for it for years.

Around midnight of July 12th, 2022, I called an ambulance to take my ex-husband, Keith D. Knott, to the hospital as he was losing control of bodily functions and had a temperature of 103.6. I put an adult diaper on him before they picked him up to take to Kernersville Novant Medical Center.He remained in the ER waiting for a room until late Thursday afternoon. When I went on Friday to see him in his room on 3rd floor, he was still wearing the (soiled now) diaper I had sent him in by ambulance. I went to the nurses' station to request a new diaper and clean up, and a nurse there said, "We don't use diapers; we use pads." So I said, "Well, could someone come to clean him up and get a pad?" She told me someone would be there soon. After waiting over 45 minutes, I finally located a cabinet with pads in the room and cleaned him up myself, and manipulated a pad under him alone. Some time later, a young nurse entered saying that she came to clean him up, and when I told her that I had already done it, she said, "Thanks." and left the room.Throughout his visit, Keith had, in order, the following doctors: Weber, Okafor, Wallace, Yacoub, and Feinstein. Weber was very personable and informing, but that was early on in his visit. Wallace or Yacoub told me that he had hepatic encephalopathy and that they were giving him lactulose and ryfaximan to clean his blood. Throughout this time period, I was able to see all the testing information on his MyChart. By July 21st, I noted that his blood ammonia level was 132, which, when I researched it later, is brain damage level and pretty much beyond repair, but no one said anything to me about this or about any other details. By the 22nd, my friends and family and I all noted that Keith seemed to be in great pain and distress, posturing, moaning, and flapping his arms and hands. I videoed him that day. When a nurse entered to draw blood, I said that it looked like he was in great pain and distress, and she looked at me and said, "We have a chart for that." and left the room. Once she left, one friend said, "There is the chart in the corner, and it looks to me like he is all in the orange and red." Indeed, I had to agree after seeing the facial contortions on the chart. On or about July 25 or 26th ( I cannot recall now exactly since they erased his MyChart- before he passed but after I had called Patient Partnership) , Okafour finally gave me a call and asked to give it two more days and move him back to ER to see if "we could turn this around.", and I reluctantly agreed as I was medical power of attorney and Keith had asked that nothing but pain meds be given. But that same night, Greg Robins, a person from Hospice called me and said that, when I was ready, they would be there for the family. When I asked him why he was telling me that, he just reiterated that they were there for us.But the following day, Sharita from Hospice also called me with the same message- that they were waiting in the sidewings. When I asked her why two of them from Hospice were calling me and no doctor had told me Keith was near death, she wouldn't respond. When we decided to let Hospice come in (28th) and they told us to make a time, we all assembled at the set time, but no one ever came from hospice or the hospital to do the unplug. Instead, long after we gave up and everyone left a couple hours later, sometime in the middle of the night, someone did the unplug with no family there. Dr. Feinstein then took 8 days and a call from the crematory to the Health Dept. to sign the death certificate. We and Keith were traumatized and Keith was tortured unnecessarily.

DO NOT go to this facility if you value your LIFE!!!

If I could Id give 0 stars. WORST HOSPITAL EVER. 4 hours just for an XRAY. never did they call me. i kept reminding them and they were more worried about what they were gonna eat or going to the vending machine!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR TIME

In the Bariatric clinic, they care about you and your health. Stephanie Tickerhoff is the greatest and her staff is caring and kind.
