Excellent physician and care team Stephanie is amazing physician who truly and deeply cares for her patients.
Stephanie is just the best most postive person. Does not judge you and wants to help you in any way possible. Love her and her attitude. Will definitely recommend seeing her.
Never have I ever been treated so bad by not only a provider wtf is a provider? Do you think they should only be drs or medical staff. Not provider but by the staff. The nurses were bitchy and rude. The only nice person was the intake woman at the front. They messed up my blood work after I tried to tell them my blood clots fast.... They had to come back and redo it. The staff were not helpful with my pain at all. Instead basically ignored everything I said and was complaining about. I was literally laying there crying and screaming in pain yet TOBY provider did not care or believe me. I will not be returning
To say I was impressed with Novant Health Bariatric Solutions is an understatement I was seen by Dr. Dasher and he was wonderful I actually had my surgery in Raleigh but needed someone closer to home. Dr. Dasher and his wonderful staff made me feel welcome and they seemed to really care about my weight loss journey. If you are looking for a Bariatric MD I can not suggest Dr. Dasher enough I am so happy to find a MD that sees the person and not just the problem
I went through the whole program and been approve for everything I was kicked out for cry and trying to voice myself. I would never recommend this place to anybody nor my worse enemy.
I arrive to my first appointment to be turned away after waiting weeks because my 7 yr old was with me they only permit age 10 and up no one told me this. Then I interrupted the receptionist before she lectured me about me ten minutes late anyway to an empty waiting room too by the way. You should communicate your policies to patients before their appointments. I’ll find assistance elsewhere thanks.
Entire staff very professiional and personable. Thank you
If I could provide a negative star rating I would. I visited the ED in April 2021 it is now August 2021 and im still fighting a payment that my insurance has confirmed that I do not need to pay and have sent a letter to have them correct the error. The doctors that work in Novants ED are contractors and dont actually work for Novant. I didnt know this while I was a patient and in the ED however each doctor I encounter had unbelievably bad bedside manner which lead to the worst ED visit I have ever experienced.About 3 weeks after my visit I received a bill from PaymentsMD for over $1300. This bill was from the company the doctors are employed by. So my insurance paid Novant for the ED facilities but I was receiving a bill for the doctors. After doing some research I found out that my insurance actually already paid PaymentsMD and they are trying to get two payments and bill me as well. I have received 6 bills in the mail I have tried calling to tell them its incorrect and nothing. My insurance sent a letter informing them about the error over 6 weeks ago and today I received another bill in the mail saying that my bill is past due.I am one of the lucky people that have the resources to fit this however I know there are so many people out there that dont and cant imagine the stress that is put on them.NOVANT you need to inform patients about the doctors be contractors and not actually working for the hospital before admitting them.
Dr Walsh treated me with little regard and was arrogant rude sarcastic cold and condescending. He caused me physical pain twice once during an exam and once during a procedure he botched On each occasion when I cried out in pain he was clearly annoyed by the fact that I was in pain and had no concern for my discomfort. I spoke to a staff member at the hospital about him and was advised that he simply doesnt care and thats his demeanor. I told 2 staff members at Kernersville Bariatrics about him and was advised by both that they get many complaints about him yet nothing ever gets done. I was advised to switch to the other staff doctor and that the clinic director would call me the next day to discuss switching The call never came. Upon this unprofessional treatment I contacted a different branch in a different city of the bariatric services at Novant and upon telling them of my experience I was advised that they receive many calls from people wanting to switch to their facility in an effort to avoid Dr. Walsh and Kernersville altogether due to the fact that even if you switch to the other Dr. at Kernersville the other Dr. works hand in hand with Dr. Walsh and the chances are a patient would end up having to deal with Walsh anyway. Walshs attitude goes beyond bad bedside manner He likes to talk but doesnt listen. He doesnt look at you when he speaks because he doesnt feel you are worthy of eye contact and when he does speak to you it is in a scolding irritated tone as if he is the parent and you are the child.. and God Forbid you say Ouch that hurts.. He will give you the most angry look he can muster and ask you What hurts you mean T H I S ? as he DOUBLES DOWN on whatever it is he is doing that is hurting you purposely hurting you more.. and YES this really happened right in front of a nurse at the hospital and she was so embarrassed by his actions that afterward she actually apologized to me for the way he treated me and she said Thats not unusual for him unfortunately ...What a sad situation this is that such a pathetic individual is allowed to continue working in this capacity Treating people with such little regard and that many staff members KNOW it and acknowledge it but they keep quiet in order to keep their jobs.. Very sad.
Worst hospital around. I had surgery yesterday and was in excruciating pain and had continued passing out in the lobby. Glucose was extremely high.Yet I was sitting in the lobby for three hours ... we decided to leave and just take our chances at home..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
