List of Triangle Visions Optometry's Reviews
Really liked this place until my Dr. no longer works there. The other doctors are not taking new patients, so either I have to drive from Kernersville to Lexington to keep my Dr. or find another practice. Triangle Vision just lost my family to a new practice in town.
We will not be going back here. I will not tolerate paying a 3% fee to use my card when I’m paying over $200 worth in there practice.
Nothing but good things to say about this place. I've been going a few years now and wouldn't even consider anywhere else. All of the staff are very friendly and the doctors knowledgable. My last appointment I accidentally put it down a day early on my calendar, yet they shuffled things around and worked with me to get me in and cared for.
TVO is now charging it's customers 3% extra if they use a card to pay. They do not value all of their customers anymore. They prefer cash now apparently. For those paying with a credit card, add that 3% to the interest rate you are paying on your credit card. ...just another way to stick it to the little guy... Elitism at work.Who walks around with $1400 -$700 in their pocket? Not me. If your glasses cost $700 and you use a card, expect to pay an extra $21, $721 total. I wonder if this is kosher when you use a FSA card. Customer BEWARE.I hate that too because I love the staff at TVO and their product. I have 3 more prescriptions to fill for other family members and now we will have to go elsewhere to get those filled. I hope TVO corporate cost accountants have done the proper benefit analysis on this. Right now they seem to rather lose $4200 in sales rather than accept $126 cost of doing business.
I gave this business 5 stars because I scheduled an appointment for end of September and everyone else I called was booked until November. They took me in on the same day and slid me in someone's spot that canceled last minute. I had a bad experience at My Eye Dr in Kernersville so I wanted to give them a try and see how the business was and this will be my permanent Optometrists. It had a feeling like family and I knew everyone when I didn't. Dr. Wells was so nice. He answer every question about my autoimmune disease and the meds that can affect my eyes and somethings he made me aware of that I didn't know. All the staff in this building was so nice and pleasant. They didn't mind helping you. Yes and Mrs. Joy bless her heart she was so patient with me while it took me forever to narrow down my favorite pair of frames. She didn't rush me into it and she is given me time to decide because I couldn't decide on my frames in one day between the 3. I will be only seeing them for now on.
The Doctors and Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful
My daughters and I have been going to Dr Orr for several years now. She is a good listener, problem solver and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
The entire staff is extremely courteous. My eye care provider is Dr. Orr and is quite knowledgeable and personable. The facility is well kept in Kernersville.
Efficient procedures, knowledgeable staff in office, glasses fitters, and optometrists. Friendly, and they make an effort to work with you on affordability. High end technological testing. I haved used them six years, and keep going back. Dr Orr has a great personality and is professionally competent.
So glad we made the switch to Triangle Vision. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Wells answered all our questions about our aging eyes!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
