Went in for annual “free” physical. Because we asked questions at the Staff’s prodding, they changed the billing code to make it a regular office visit and we were billed over $300 for our free physical. What a racket! Of course they blamed our insurance... but they are the ones that code the visits for billing. Second time they’ve coded billing wrong with us. Will not be a 3rd time!

Been going to this doctors office since I moved down from NY. Since wake forest has came in the place, it has gone down hill. My PA Daniel Bryan is amazing since day one. But now with him leaving, so am I. You can never get ahold of the office. New nurses are rude & love to hang the phone up on you.

Im a fairly new patient but Dr Jordan has been great in helping me since i joined.

I went there with a place on my lip that came up over night when Dr Barger saw it he sent me a prescription to Walmart and hurried my friend and I out the door. He went outside almost to the car. He was rude and non carrying.He called me a week later. I did not even know who he was he wanted to know what the emergency room did Except try to drain it. he did not do..I was so suprized by him. I did not say anything thing.I called back later had to leave a message let him know him that they gave me a shot of antibiotics in my hip. They tried to droin it and treated me like I was not someone that was contagious.Laurel creek has really sent down hill since Dr. Snider leftJulie Jordon is great and so it Daniel Bryan.I am sure everyone would leave if they where not there.

The nurses , Tammy, and Tina are very rude. They (Tammy, Tina) don't have anything else better to do but to stand around in the back of the office and gossip about the patients. I think Tammys vagina is becoming a little bit to big for her britches. She is just not a with public relations.The staff hardly ever answer the phone. It's always leave a message and hope they will get back with you before the week is over. It's weird, you never hear the phones ring while sitting in the waiting room. Who runs a place like this?
