I agree staff was really rude and so was Dr. Chase , no other patients were being seen and I sat in room for almost an hour before the deer came in , he also did not read my medical records

Dr. Mann gets 4 stars. He explains everything very well and answers questions clearly. The office staff gets 2 stars. So its a 3 average for me. Welcome was curt at the window, LPN was very patronizing in the room, no eye contact or thank you at check out. But they are all cackling and laughing in the hall. They save the rude for the patients. Covid seems to have emboldened staff to be rude.

At the most....I so felt a corporate need to process my visits....my second visit was actually double charged and was a constant nightmare to finally right....after a cortisone shot and an MRI my knee has only proved worse

I haven't been to see the doctor yet. The original receptionist was rude and short with me. I was seen in the ER, and called to follow up. Instead of explaining the process, she kept saying the Dr is in surgery. Apparently the Dr reviews the x-rays , then an appt can be made. When the lady called to follow up and make the appointment, she was very nice. Fast forward a week later:. Went to visit, receptionist was very polite, nurse was great, Dr was quick , proficient, and polite . I was satisfied with service, and added addendum to my original review..

Been going to Dr. McKenna for years. Always a good visit. Support staff, particularly Dale and the nice woman who has x rayed me quite a few times are 👍!

Come here to get your Xray, piece of paper, and the heck out. Doctors show no true concern for patient's symptoms, they don't listen to your concerns, they run multi angle x-rays to rake in the insurance money then boot you out. They don't forget to request a follow up appointment, however. Yes, because following up on a garbage appointment will be productive.... avoid this place.
