Honestly I haven't always had a great opinion about FastMed urgent Care in Kinston but recently I had to go there and there was a nurse named Hope who was very professional very courteous and polite. I very much appreciate that, and it changed my opinion.

Went in for a pre-employment drug test. No appointment but filled out some standard paperwork. I think it took about 15-20 minutes to get back to provide my sample. People were VERY nice and the experience was great.

Even with a busy schedule and a full Lobby they got me in and out swiftly with not much wait time. Everyone was professional and courteous also.

I experienced great service at this location. The front desk service was awesome. They checked me in fast and I was out at a reasonable time.

So my follow up paperwork said 8am so i arrived at 750 was 4th in line then when i got to reception they told me 845am was my appointment and couldnt check me in till 830 so i went to truck got my paperwork waited back in line showed my paperwork then checked me in of course at the back of the line about 15 people horrible wait time and coordination
