Nurses were very rude, and doctor can't understand

Didn’t even get to meet her. After waiting an hour and a half past my appointment....I up and left. Its apparent that a patient with Lupus doesn’t meet her criteria to stick to the appointment time.

Dr. Katwa was very attentive during my visit. She reviewed all labs and discussed potential issues. She was very professional and ensured my husband and I had a clear understanding of everything she said. Her staff was very considerate and professional. They were always smiling and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this office and doctor to anyone.
