Very bad place specially the obgyn place. They sorry the doctors and nurses. I had gestational diabetes and didn’t tell me until I told them to check the test results after months feeling bad. I would never recommend this place to a pregnant woman. They don’t care about patients.

I was very disappointed that you have to have all of your out of pocket cost before they perform services. I have been a client for years and do not have a current bill. $49 couldn’t be billed out of $109.00. Wow I will take my services elsewhere

I am a patient with the behavioral health part of this center. I have been trying to reach my dr for a month. I have left messages with the front office staff and also emailed my dr and have been told they would call me back. I haven’t gotten any response. My meds aren’t working. This is very unprofessional. If I was suicidal due to meds not working then it would be in their hands....

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and this small town clinic rejected me after the registered me into they system and gave me a appointment I believe this place decriminated against me without even knowing me or talking to me just by reviewing my record they made a unanimous decision to cancel my appointment I don’t want anywhere where I’m not welcome apparently a pregnant woman from New York City who happens to be African American is not welcome I will never again take this kind of treatment moving forward I’m seeking a lawyer and a lawsuit people and patients know your rights don’t not take abuse stand for something and change will come

I have gone here for many things through the years this place opened up. They have always done great work and I always got the care I needed. This place is a blessing to many people in need of care. I thank god every day for their work. Thank you to all the staff

I dont understand why people complain so much about getting super cheap health and dental care. The people here have been wonderful in helping me fix my teeth. There is a wait sometimes but you will get seen and they do a great job. I absolutely hated going to the dentist before this place. Now its no problem at all. They send me a link to check in online and theyre ready when I get there. Everyone has been polite to me and has helped me out. You definitely get much better service than what you pay for. Thank you everyone at KCHC
