1 year ago today I started Cardio Rehab at the Minges Wellness center in Kinston, NC. I weighed 213.6 lbs. I graduated on December 16th and I weighed 202.0 The Cardio Rehab changed my life. My original goal and my doctors goal was to get under 190lbs. I was told if I could get to 189lbs it would take a lot of stress off my body. With the education I got from my Cardio Rehab instructors I continued to exercise and change my eating habits. Today 1 year later I weigh 165.0 I would never been able to do this without the Minges Wellness Center. A special shout out to Brittney Coley Bradshaw who has helped me even after I graduated.
