Some of the staff are very friendly. However it takes hours to be seen. They don't want patients to be late for appointments but when you get here you wait hours to be seen. Dr.Riddle is very rude and not pleasant at all.

I called to inquire about bringing my sick 8 mo old child in to be seen and to ask a few simple questions . "Dixie" , the receptionist, was really rude and not very patient. Her answers where short and incorrect. She told me they could not see my child and that Urgent Care wouldn't either. I have taken my child to Urgent Care before. I will never bring my child there knowing this insensitive lady is workimg there as the receptionist. As a parent, I was seeking the best care for my child and hearing her speak with such a derogatory tone gave me an off-putting demeanor. According to these reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

The staff is wonderful, always friendly and upbeat. But the wait time is absolutely RIDICULOUS, I do anything to avoid coming here. It's always more than hour wait, even with an appointment 😒😒

As an employee I'd like to let everyone know that we love and care about each and every child that walks through our doors. However, there are rules and laws in place that we have to abide by, as with any private practice. There are times when the situation is simply out of our hands, and as frustrating as it is for us and the parents as well we have to follow protocol. We'd love to see all of these beautiful babies but there are steps that have to be taken in order to become an established patient with us, we are not a walk-in clinic. So as I'm sure that some of the reviews below were written out of frustration, I'd like everyone know that there is always more to the story.

This place is not even momentarily professional. The ladies at the front desk are really disrespectful and rude. On top of the poor treatment it takes several hours for your child to be seen. I had to wait 4.5 hours for my child.
