Was referred to her for pain in my heel believed to be arthritis since I am eat up with it. When she ask questions she wouldn’t let me answer them before she said I don’t see anything wrong with it. Tendinitis is all you have. Go home move foot up, down, left, right. Come back in 4 weeks. She was very unprofessional and uncaring about the fact I could not walk on my foot; nor had I been able to for 2 other physicians and 6 weeks prior. So today is 4 weeks so I go to see what she has to say. Every one can have a bad day. But same bedside manner as before. This Dr. has not had an assistant like CNA or anyone to help her do blood pressures etc..asked to rerun in 6 months. I am not sure why
Dr is a fraud doesn't know what she is doing and the people that work there are unprofessional.
I gave this doctor two tries. The first time I went she basically was rushing me as I was giving her my history and explaining my symptoms. She said that based off my information I provided as well as my Primary Care Physician's medical documents it appeared that I had Fibromyalgia. However she wanted to run more tests. She told me to take Tylenol for my pain I told her that Tylenol doesn't work as I have tried it in the past plus I can't take Tylenol at this time do the reaction it would cause with my other medications, which was told to me by my Pharmacist and the prescribing Physician. She looked at me sighed loudly and said just take the Tylenol and then she walked out the room. I sat there for a while because I didn't know if she was finished. Finally I got of sitting so I went to the front desk to see what I was supposed to do. They had no idea. I told them that the Dr. wanted me to have some test done, so they went to ask her which test. The lady at the desk came back filled out a form for me to have some test done and then wrote my next appointment on a sticky note as she did not have any appointment cards. When I ask she didn't have any business cards either. Second appointment, Dr came in room said I had a Calcium deficiency. I asked her what was I supposed to do about my chronic pain and swelling. Dr said because I was a Large person she couldn't tell if I was swollen or not. I instantly became teary eyed as I struggle with my weight and I have a binge eating disorder, depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and I take a lot of medications that contribute to my weight gain due to me having breast cancer, IBS, chronic migraines and high blood pressure . I then asked her was my diagnosis still fibromyalgia? She never responded. I told my referring Physician that I was Never going back to her again.
Everyone very pleasant and knowledgeable
Dr. Katwa has terrible bed side manners, is rude and acted like she could care less about helping me. I would never recommend her to anyone. This woman made me cry right in front of her bc of her attitude towards me!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
