Came here today and the pickup and drop off was block by a man who who just pickup and was just sitting in his car and it's a man in the waiting room saying he gonna chop somebody up

Worse hospital I've ever been in. I came in by ambulance. First I was in an accident my car was hit and the guy that hit me was taken first they made me walk to the ambulance step in when I was in very bad pain. Once in the hospital I was in a wheelchair not a bed put in the waiting room bleeding with glass all over my body cuts everywhere. After 6 hours I was given a room. Left there with still glass everywhere. 30 minutes later I asked to go to the bathroom no one game 30 minutes later I asked again to go to the bathroom a nurceadi 2 lowered the bar and left the room. So I tried to walk to the bathroom a young girl seen me trying to get somewhere and did help. Still glass all over cutting me up. About 4 finely someone was told to take me down to shower some glass game out 30 minutes later with any cuts being looked at I was discharged. This hospital should fire all the necessary aids most of the staff the ambulance drivers. If you can help not going here do so or call the board on them. This place should be sued and each person that works there should be acounted for the deaths in side there.

I did not see a triage nurse for 1.5 hrs. When i did, she sat on her legs and treated me as if it was a doctor's appt. I mean she took her time. Triage nurses should know how to Quickly assess patients, then prioritize... They keep ppl who should be in rooms in the waiting area. There were 3 ppl with throw up bags. Someone was having an emotional breakdown. I honestly felt like it was ploy of theirs bc the longer they took, the more ppl left. They need an overhaul and a Working supervisor. Even the police officer was moving slow. No social distancing and no disinfecting after patients are seen. It's an awful place! Not how an American hospital should operate. They aren't a hospital but a waiting area until your doctor's office opens up. I will drive to Vidant in Greeneville before i go back to that "hospital".

Does not deserve the 1 star review. If there was a way to post negative 5 star, that what I would post. The staff there do not care. This place is only about collecting money from insurance companies and not taking care of Patients. Don't go here!

Every time i come here I'm always waiting over 5 hrs just to be seen. This is ridiculous.

The Physical Therapy Department is the best! They have seen me and worked with me before and after my knee replacement. They helped me with my back. I will say I was walking without walker or cane in 2nd week after knee replacement. They worked on helping prepare me to go back to nursing on the floor. I am still only 3 weeks out after surgery and I am completely independent and they give me positive feedback. They give me exercises to do and I thank them for their professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone!

Was seen in the ER early Sunday morning 08/01/2021 and yes all ER’s have a bit of a wait but I will say it was no way as near the wait I would have had at Vidant in Greenville! I’m in Winterville and drove the 30 minutes to Kinston in hopes I would get better service! Low and behold I got the most amazing service from triage to the nurse who helped me in my room and last but not least the awesome PA that took care of me that morning. Less than 48 hours later I’m on the mend and I’m feeling better! I highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing urgent care!!!

The worst hospital when it comes to sense of Urgency.. multiple times I have waited over 2 hours to be checked in .. another 2 HOURS before a doctor arrives in the (hallway) not a room. The Nurse checked my vitals with her cell phone Flashlight .. & Forgot to send my medicine in to the doctor & The pharmacy. 8/14/21 ..
