Lynne Williams directly stated that it is not her responsibility as a PCP to manage her patients' care. When I mentioned this to an MD at the OBX Hospital, I was advised to get a new PCP because clearly, this PCP is not doing her job. I tried relaying this concern to the office administrator, but it seems they are quite pleased with the lack of care being provided. If you want a glorified urgent care visit that you have to schedule weeks in advance, and enjoy feeling like you made a huge mistake in trying to get help with a medical issue, then this PCP is for you! All joking aside...if your health matters to you, my recommendation is do NOT waste your time with this woman, no matter how few PCPs there are on the beach at the moment.

worst experience. Sara does not care about other peoples well being and only herself. I can’t get the help I need because she does not want to listen or understand. I will never use this place again and I hope Sara realizes how rude she is. I will never recommend her and will make sure other people know not to waste their time. thanks for making my life worse. you are not helpful in any way

Outer Banks Family Medicine has moved to 5120 N Croatan Hwy in Kitty Hawk. The new office is really nice as is all the staff! Thank you.

Currently sitting in the waiting room for my oldest child to be seen. We had a 2 o'clock appointment and have been waiting more than 45 minutes - watching the room clear of everyone who checked in after us. The person at the front desk had no idea BCBS had changed their cards, nor looked to see what the card said before asking me if we'd changed insurance? Then proceeded to ask a woman with the same last name, three behind me in line if she was my child...so I guess you didn't check me in???
