worst experience. Sara does not care about other peoples well being and only herself. I can’t get the help I need because she does not want to listen or understand. I will never use this place again and I hope Sara realizes how rude she is. I will never recommend her and will make sure other people know not to waste their time. thanks for making my life worse. you are not helpful in any way

Currently sitting in the waiting room for my oldest child to be seen. We had a 2 o'clock appointment and have been waiting more than 45 minutes - watching the room clear of everyone who checked in after us. The person at the front desk had no idea BCBS had changed their cards, nor looked to see what the card said before asking me if we'd changed insurance? Then proceeded to ask a woman with the same last name, three behind me in line if she was my child...so I guess you didn't check me in???

Dr. T is awesome and very caring. He takes the time to listen and has a wonderful bedside manner. Has been our doctor for several years.

Dr. Terryberry was not very thorough as I would have liked. I had been referred to a particular specialist, by his in house Colleague at one point. When I came back to Dr. Terry berry he referred me to another one. I went to that appointment. During the appointment she found out I was being treated by someone else and terminated the appointment abruptly.I had to go back to Dr. Terryberry for a ' follow up ' to the aborted appointment, and reported that his Colleague sent me to someone prior to that and the appointment he sent me to was terminated because of it.He hadn't read my record, sent me off on a waste of time and money and after that still insisted I see a specialist for one of my medications. He was uncomfortable prescribing it. On top of that, his Office Manager referenced The Doctors Concern in front of patients while I was at the window on another appointment, which was totally unprofessional and quite rude. I reported this to his Colleague, who I prefer to see. Unfortunately, she is only there periodically and is semi retired.If you want to be treated poorly, go here.
