I’ve been there twice and have had great experience both times. The staff is great and Ms Theresa in particular is very professional, extremely helpful, and so kind. I’m already dealing with a lot of pain from my back injury and her friendly disposition made my day today.

After a horrible experience getting a mammogram a few years I had said NEVER again! Yet, the doctor recently insisted I needed to get one. When I called Raleigh Radiology I asked for the Knightdale office since I had an ultra sound done there last year. I told her my last experience /skin under breast ripped/ and how hesitant I was to do it again. She put me on hold and came back saying she has spoken with that specific office and they are aware of my concerns and said it would not be a problem. Well, when I went to my appointment last week "they" -the mammographer, remembered the phone call and my past experience. She made modifications and still got all the shots needed for the review. I still can't believe what a wonderful experience it was. Yes, there is discomfort but only for seconds....she....addressed my previous issues and it truly was a "pleasant" experience. Yes...pleasant! When leaving I asked for "her" name and they said it was CINDY! I told them if women could be guaranteed this type of experience when having a mammogram we would not mind getting them every year! So, if you are "past due" like I was.... go see Cindy at Raleigh Radiology in Knightdale, NC!
