I called and got an appointment the same day! I had my tooth chip so it was painful and they were able to accommodate me in the following slot following my consult! Q, the dental hygienist, as well as the dentist were SO kind and worked so efficiently as a team together. Following this appointment, I will now be a returning patient! I 10/10 recommend. From the front desk to the entire team, everyone made this process so much easier and helped to calm my anxiety!

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

Great care! Doctors and hygienists explain everything. Everyone so nice! They help with insurance and scheduling is easy! In fact, about a year ago, I had an infection and toothache. My own dentist in Zebulon said their next opening was in 10 days. The next day my tooth broke off. I couldn’t wait 10 days so I called Riccobene & they saw me the next day and took care of everything. Needless to say I changed my dentist and now my family and I all go to Riccobene.~ Michele L.
