I was very sad when I read the bad reviews One Doctors have a very hard job. Two They have a lot of responsibility they have to diagnose there patient when they feel badly. I believe that being a doctor is a gifted from God. The staff I think they are wonderful one I like to mention is Cindy she always brightens every one day. My doctor Dr River make me feel that he cares how I feel and about my health. I could not ask for a better doctor. I am bless that he is my Doctor.Thank you Staff and my Doctor River Cynthia Kunath

They dont treat you good at all. Dr. Roland acts like he dont even want to be in the same room with you. It is kinda sad actually I have seen him twice and both times you could tell he wanted to be anywhere else but in the room with a patient. I almost thought I had human feces all over me or something.

Caring while in the office once you leave you will never hear from them again.. never answer the phone never call you back never send paperwork where it needs to go never sends medications to pharmacy. In order to get any of this completed you must get another doctors office involved and irritated that nothing is being done.

I quit brh 2years ago because no would ever call me back never got my medicine to the pharmacy now my wife has called since 8 this morning to get medicine that she needed no one has called us or pharmacy we called back at least twice we have not heard anything

As a new resident to Lake Lure I found myself needing the services of the Lake Lure office unexpectedly. The entire staff was very welcoming and compassionate. I left that office feeling much better physically than the way I went in. And their pleasant nature was definitely a value added experience. Thats a good crew.

Since may of 2019 mother has had kidney problems and just was released from hospital today with a drainage system for her kidney and still with a massive 11cm stone. Im very concerned that the doctor wants to wait all the way till November to follow up? I bet if she was a resident of lake lure with cash it would be different.
