This facility is run by the hacks. They tried to get as much money out of me as possible by asking me to do a test I knew didn’t need when I already knew what I had. My parents had the same thing and went to a different urgent care so I already knew what to expect. They finally agreed to give me antibiotics but were deceptive. Instead of giving me the normal prescription dose like my parents got for the same exact sickness (1000 mg per day), they gave me 125 mg per day to get revenge on me for not taking their tests I didn’t need as those tests have risks to them. Furthermore, they didn’t check my lungs with a stethoscope etc until AFTER they tried to get me to do testing. So they were trying to suggest things before I was even examined fully. What a bunch of quacks!!! Then when I didn’t go along with their trying to force me to do things with which I wasn’t comfortable, the nurse said she didn’t like the way I spoke to her. Keep in mind that I am a very calm person and was very calm and kind in asking to not participate in their testing. She said this just so she could protect herself from lawsuits after trying to force her will on me as a patient.

I would not recommend this location. I’ve been one time and will not be back. I went in for a yearly physical in March 2021. They did the usual bloodwork and what not. The doctor asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I had one question which Bianca stated I needed to ask my other doctor. That was the end of the visit. Fast forward, I get a bill from them charging me a physical (which my insurance covered) PLUS an additional office visit all because she asked me if I had any questions or concerns and I had a question that she didn’t even address. (This is apparently out of scope of a physical). If the doctor had actually addressed my concern / prescribed me something then I could see being charged an additional fee. But literally all she said was I needed to talk to my other doctor about it. Now it is January of 2022 and I am still fighting this ridiculous charge. The billing side can’t even figure out why I was charged. What an absolute joke / money hungry place this is.*edited - I spoke to the office manager and was basically told it is what it is. Needless to say, I paid the bill because I don’t want it to hurt my credit but I will never be back to this office nor ever recommend them. The reviews for this location speaks volume.

Been going to this office for a little over 6 months. Dr. Liu is wonderful! All of the front office staff and medical assistants are kind and very helpful. Lab folks are awesome as well. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews except maybe these folks were just having bad days and decided to allow that to affect their reviews. I’ve never had any issues with staff, prescriptions, follow up calls, or billing. Being a Caromont employee myself, I find myself to be a bit more critical of doctors and their offices. There is nothing wrong with this office.

This is one of the worst places I have ever visited in my life; starting with the receptionist I gave her my new health insurance card and she never updated the information and after a while I found out from the credit bureau that I had a debt with them of over 400 dollars; in other words by the negligence of an employee they ruined my credit, and the doctor I can tell you was more busy finishing with his patients that he did not even take the time to discuss with the patient and that nonsense cost me my credit.

I have been going to this office since I was about 15 or 16 and I am almost 30 now. I can’t even remember all my doctors/nurses names because they changed so many times and too often.It’s been too difficult trying to explain my health issues over and over to someone new. That and they keep changing my medicine around, even stopping a working one, to something I tried before and didn’t help. It’s frustrating and extremely stressful.But the last straw is when they purposely scheduled me with someone I specifically asked not to see. Last year I had a visit with Koffi and it didn’t go well, I was waiting for almost 2 hours before being seen even though I arrived early for my appointment. Since it was my first visit with him I informed him of all the meds and tricks I’ve tried to keep my health at bay. He almost completely ignored me and what I was saying and stated we should try them all over again. When I asked why I would waste my time and money doing that he explained he was a doctor and knew better. Just the way he expressed himself was so cold and off putting. I didn’t go back until this year. I specifically asked the lady on the phone to schedule me with a woman and most definitely not Koffi. So 15 minutes before my appointment, I get a reminder that I will be seeing Koffi and to arrive on time. I was so upset I didn’t show up. And then I received phone calls, emails, and even a letter sent to my house, about how his patients are important and that I didn’t attend my appointment. Well I hate to tell you but your patients aren’t important. Herding us in and out of the office as fast as possible and making as much money as possible is.

This is the worst experience from a Doctor's office. We called several times trying to get help. We have asked the Doctor's to call and help us. They won't return calls and will not follow up with you. This is the second time we have had issues with this office. I honestly believe they do not care. We called Caramont in Gastonia and they called us back within 45 minutes and took care of all our needs. We do not recommend Dr. Bianca or Dr. Bowe. We love Caramont and it has a great hospital but lakewylie Caramont is a joke. Please do not use this office it would be a huge mistake.

Thorough, kind, and caring staff. Dr. Beyder is wonderful.

TERRIBLE!

Been there 6 years. They’ve switched my sons doctors about 5 times. It’s madness. Doctors keep leaving here and dropping like flies. This inconsistency has been very difficult for our family.
