I have gotten the best care from Jennifer and her associates here. They are always friendly and actually care about their patients, rather than treating them like a number. I have been blessed to have found such a good healthcare provider. I have suffered from "white coat syndrome" most of my life, and that does not affect me here.

If I could give a review without any stars I would leave zero stars....this office has definitely went down hill. I now have moved Dr offices because of the "Dr's" unprofessional and rude actions. I wasn't never taken seriously. Told me I wasn't able to have a MRI done without paying full price and I have insurance. Jennifer did not even attempt to help me with my needs and pushed off my issues in anyway she could and avoided even speaking to me she had the front desk receptionist speak for her. I recommend NOBODY go to this office. I now go to a awesome office and in one visit got all of my needs met. Never ever will I recommend this office to anyone.

If you are looking for a family practice ,access medical clinic in laurel hill NC is the place to go. Jennifer Butler NP is fantastic, she takes here time with her patients and listens to you concerns. She is very through, pleasant and will refer you to a specialist if you need one. She took care of my concerns and medications. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you Jennifer and your staff well done

Jennifer Bullard is extremely knowledgeable. She is thorough and compassionate and has managed my care wonderfully. She has a very relatable and professional but down to earth demeanor and I am so thankful for that! She also treats my children and they love her! Can't recommend her enough. The building has been remodeled and updated so it is very clean and aesthetically nice. The staff are very polite and accommodating. They do their best to work around your work schedule and I normally don't have to wait long periods of time to be seen.

Went for a physical & was asking about mood stabilizers & she she said “schedule and appointment and we will talk about putting you on one” Went to the appointment i scheduled & she says “I can’t prescribe you anything” & i say “so why would you tell me to schedule an appointment? you could’ve just told me when i got my physical & she said “well if you don’t like it you’re free to leave” then walks out of the room. Unprofessional and rude. Stay away

Jennifer is one of the best providers I’ve met! She loves her patients and tries very hard to do what is best for their health. She is kind and compassionate while still being strong enough to be real in regards to the patient about their medical needs! Keep up the great work, Jennifer!
