This Doctor is the worst one I have EVER been to. I was in the waiting room 30min. and in the exam 1 hour. His office is across from my exam room. I can see and hear all. This man gossips like a little girl. He gets coffee every ten min. and is in the bathroom more than a woman. He can't listen for crap. Total a waste of my time. When I came out of the room the waiting room was packed. He sends me for tests and loses them. When I get to Duke I spend 2 hours taking the tests over. Since I was referred to Duke I never wanted to see him again. His office calls me to come in. I told her I would call back. NOT!! This Doctor is abussing Medicaid. Like most doctors in town!!

I've been to see Dr. Lavigne two times and each time he and his staff were very friendly and thorough with my exam with very little wait time.

Worst doctor. The whole visit is very rushed and the Dr really doesn’t care about his patients. My girlfriend recently got surgery and he never prescribed her antibiotics like he said he was. Then is scheduled to get her stitches out 4 weeks later ! After he said he wants to take them out in 10 days.

Today, Chris Thomas had a procedure completed by Dr. Lavigne at Laurinburg ENT Clinic. I felt like I took a trip back in time to when people were focused on customer service. Every single person that we encountered was pleasant, smiling, well-groomed and expressed concern for my husband. The Dr himself explained the procedure and answered all of our questions. He, himself, then offered us a "cup of coffee or bottle of water" while we waited. Courtesy, respect and kindness....rare!!! Please tell everyone you know!

Went for itching ear and they tried to sell a hearing aid "that may not work". It would be $500 deposit to find out. What I got was a bad infection in both ears from diseased ear buds used for the audiology test in Feb. The infection they gave me Caused a ruptured ear drum and told I would need surgery. Waived some visits, but now they are back charging for them and refuses to see me. Since then I have had blood and pus coming out of me ear and can't hear out of that ear and now it has Sept. and just getting worse. constant pain, pus, black mold and blood, sinuses and sort throat. I wouldn't not wish this failure on anyone

Went to see him for an itching ear canal and gave me a hearing test. The audiologist used infected ear buds and I got a severe ear infection in both ears. For Months now a hole in my ear from infection and have pus and blood coming out of my ear. I was told It might need surgery and after 4 visits my hearing is gone. He waived some of the visits, but now is back billing me and refuses to see me anymore to fix his mess. His office gave me the infection in Feb. and now it is Sept. Worse off now
