The worst medical records clerk you can talk to (Teresa) she was rude and unprofessional. Refused to help me by writing a message to Dr.Oh per my request. She was so rude she even hung up the phone on me telling me "she wouldn't deal with it anymore" she has no professional manners over the phone doesn't let you speak and refuses to help gets into personal issues instead of focusing on her job. I totally will have to see a different surgeon after this. The worse experience I've ever had when dealing with my health. She is not compassionate at all or even had the skills to speak to you on the phone even after you are explaining your health situation to her. Needing surgery is not a game lady!!! Super upset with this treatment I received from her and for sure won't recommend anyone there.

I waited two months to get in, i get in on my appointment date early and into a room only two told by doctor Oh, I don't have time today for you, you will have to reschedule. I reschedule 2 weeks later only to be told that the doctor won't be able to see me. This doctor is very unprofessional and has caused more delay for my surgery and should be reported as unfit for , now may have to wait a whole nother before I can get seen again.😖

Exceptional in every way! This doctor saves lives! Anyone giving him one star because of staff issues should consider that they may discourage someone in choosing an amazing surgeon! He is very detailed, efficient, and overall I am extremely impressed. Simply saying "thank you" to him for being a life saver will never be enough! For the record, I found his staff to be extremely professional as well.

A very good surgeon. I had the unfortunate pleasure of needing his services. But after treatment by Dr Oh I am glad I had him as a surgeon. Very talented confident surgeon who gets results. Thank you Dr Oh. Santa Maria is lucky to have you.

I am extremely impressed by the care and expertise of Dr. Oh and his staff. From my very first appointment they made me feel comfortable, and I was at ease believing to be in very good hands. They answered all of my questions and fit me right into their schedule knowing that I was in pain. Dr. Oh is an amazing surgeon!

Fantastic Doctor! My 81 year old father had lung cancer and had surgery to have it removed. His case was a bit complicated as he has an aortic aneurysm and had suffered a previous heart attack. Dr. Raymond took his time in explaining his diagnosis and treatment options to my hard of hearing, elderly father. Gave his recommendations, but let my Dad make the final decision as far as what type of treatment he wanted. Dr. Raymond even called our home before surgery to talk to my Dad. He was always very pleasant and respectful. Most importantly, however, he did an excellent job in diagnosing my dad and performing the surgery.

This doctor and their office staff do not care about patients. They are not reliable and not to be trusted. See another office group of doctors - any other doctor. Appointments are scarce, which is surprising, then when they are scheduled they are cancelled at the last moment so the doctor can go home early or arrive late. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different practice.
