I recently had to have replacement knee surgery. Went twice before my surgery and was treated with care and in a very timely manner. On my operation day I was greeted my temp was check as with the two previous visits. I was nervous but was calmed by the staff and how they proceeded with my presurgery care. After surgery I was treated so kindly and checked many times to make sure I was coming back to myself after surgery. Dr. Ralph Carter had two surgeries after me but stopped by my room after each one to make sure all was well. Could not have had a better hospital st. ay. Thanks especially to all staff members who patiently explained everything so I would know what they were doing.

If I could give zero stars I would. We came here tonight with a sick child 16 month old with congestion dry couch and a low fever. Whilst waiting to be seen after being checked in they took him back to check his temp 100.2 the nurse said that they will prescribe him Tylenol but we had to wait for the 23 people ahead of us for the doctor to write the prescription for TYLENOL. My wife asked if she could wait in the car in the parking lot and be called to pick up the script since the baby wouldn’t keep his mask on and the lobby was full of sick people COVID. The nurse said no that there was a lot of people in the lobby. No test were administered only a temp and some Tylenol. Thanks for nothing you terrible excuse of emergency “help”.

Scotland county has the WORST healthcare field ever. the workers are lazy careless rude just all around unprofessional their urgent care is the exact same way . wouldnt recommend anyone to come here

Still receiving new invoices for my sons birth almost 15 months after his birth. What gives? Received correspondence from a collections agency on the amount owed immediately went to check the online payment portal and there was a zero balance owed. Shady

Absolutely worst hospital stay experience Ive never had. Next time Ill take an hour and head to florence I dont care whats wrong.Also dont exspect to be properly food. Maybe its because I have covid but every plate of food Ive been brought has been ice cold. The nurses will microwave it for you but itll take several hours. I dont understand why I cant atleast have a warm meal while being isolated.
