List of Wolonick Richard's Reviews
I had an appointment at 10:40am they instructed me to come in 15 minutes early. I get there at 10:15am after waiting for nearly an hour in the car I decided to ask them how many more people was ahead of me they implied there were still 2 people ahead of me and that it would take 45min or an hour before I get seen. The same way they was gonna call me to come in they should of called and told me they were running behind smh.
I tested positive for COVID-19 and I called about 8 days later telling them my throat is hurting and I can't talk, just a whisper, an I understand the COVID-19 rules, however they could have zoom me or anything, they told me to go to the hospital, duh I have COVID-19 to infect the sick with COVID-19, after 15 days of being sick. I ask for a doctor's note because I was still sick and had just got re-tested to see if I was negative, it took me 3 days of calling to convince them I need a doctors note, cause my job does not have to have a negative reading to return. If it was not for the receptionist Ayanna helping me to get through to her I still would not have got the note because I still had no voice and still had about all the symptoms, my job was in jeopardy, due to them wanting a dr. note after the 14 days. Even after I got a negative test, going on 3 weeks, I made an appointment due to the same symptoms they treated me outside by asking questions finally Dr. Wolonick instructed me to get out the car and turn towards the road to check my breathing. Don't get me wrong Dr. Wolonick has always in the past treated me good, i just feel its wrong to still treat me like I still have COVID-19 when my test read negative in the system from Wolonick practice, treat your patients better thats all I'm asking, the receptionist Ayanna was wonderful assisting me and Dr. Wolonick is great, its just the dr. I'm assigned too. Those two are the only reason I'm giving the practice 2 stars. COVID-19 should not stop you from being a great doctor to your patients, having COVID-19 is bad enough, but when you depend on doctors to help you.
My wife called this office due to her having chest pains.. they refused to see her even though carol Hayes is her primary doctor. The last time my wife had chest pains her blood pressure happened to be elevated but carol Hayes knowing this still told the receptionist to tell my wife to go to the emergency room if she wants to see a doctor. Never in my life have I seen or heard anything like this.. do not go to this place

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
