List of Kidzcare Pediatrics Pc Leland's Reviews
My son was seen by dr. Nudlemen. After I expressed my concerns with my sons delays, lack of ability to communicate, behavior etc and after being told my neurologist my son likely had autisim, as soon as I told dr nudlemen he blamed my lack of socialization for my child, said I should have my 2 year old in school and that he does not have autism bc he looked at him…. This dr does not listen to patients concerns and is extremely rude. Now we have been diagnosed by a specialist and my son does have autism and IT IS NOT MY FAULT….
We went today for a sick visit and they scheduled us in the day of (which was awesome). Cherry is amazing! She was so sweet, patient, and even brought toys out to my son to make him happy. She made sure he was comfortable and made us both feel very welcomed!!!
this office is embarrassingly incompetent as well as the Wilmington office they do not care about your child they only care about money. You will never see the same pediatrician twice no one stays on staff very long. The doctors Are rude and want to push everything off on the ER
Super appreciated the help the front desk [Amalia] gave me when I called in regards of making an appointment for my child. Had lots of patience and had a great attitude
Always quick to see my daughter...and WHOLE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY..GLAD SHE'S BEEN GOING SINCE BIRTH!!!
We have been at Kidzcare for the past 9 going on 10 years. Switching from other clinics (KNOX and even tried out Dr Verdin— very passionate dr but he’s getting outdated and not adjusting with the changing times). Initially we regularly saw Dr Pollock at a location in Wilmington (JR the young one with bow-tie). After following him to the Leland office my young daughter on the spectrum fell in love with Dr Roland. He really helped me as a parent accepting that behavioral meds could be very beneficial to our situation and empowered both myself and my daughter to have confidence and trust in the process. After a couple years Dr Roland retired rather suddenly (no mention of any provider changes until he was gone) which was somewhat startling because at the time we were very frequent patients and had med check every 30 days as well as well check visits. There was a period of time where our provider was not someone regular or that we recognized so when Ms Chisenhal came to the practice she was truly a life changer for my daughter who was now a pre-teen and in the beginning stages of puberty. She took her time to speak with both of us at each and every appointment and ensured that everyone was as “in the loop”. She always made my daughter feel like she was more than just a nameless patient in a file. She had finally formed a strong bond with her Dr. We had an appointment yesterday (mid July 2022) and my 13.5 year old daughter was informed by Ms. Chisenhall herself that she would be moving later this summer and would no longer be here provider. She offered some comforting words of encouragement regarding future providers. They shared a bittersweet moment and hugged goodbye. Evgeniya Chisenhal is an amazing pediatric provider and has earned 10 stars from us!!! I don’t know if we will look for another pediatrician or continue our luck with Kidzcare. 100%
I’ve taken my kids here since 2014 so we’ve seen drs come and go. The dr now, Dr Chisenhall (I think that’s her name) is really nice, I really like her a lot. Hopefully she stays!
Every time my kids have an appointment I come ten fifteen minutes early and We don’t get seen until thirty plus minutes later! People after us will be checking in and go back before us and it’s extremely aggravating because it’s happened every single time I go there. Also, the doctor is always calling out which is an inconvenience please get some people in there willing to work! It’s ridiculous! I am calling corporate because I’ve had enough! Also, the older white lady I can’t remember her name she’s very rude to people I’ve heard her talking rude to parents over the phone then going back discussing it with her co workers! That’s not nice and very unprofessional. My kids will no longer be going to kidz care until something is done because as a parent I have had enough!
This lady works in the Leland location terry I believe the front desk. I moved to New York and needed my child’s medical records sent to an pediatrician. She down right refused to fax them over one is a baby 5 months and the other 5 years. Now both these kids can’t get appointments because she’s refused to send them also she was extremely rude over the phone I talked to a nice lady and she was in the background telling her not to help me until eventually she took the phone. Would not recommend these people to anyone. Gonna call the corporate line to report terry for her unprofessional attitude and prolonging send my childrens medical records.
Hands down, one of the best pediactric primary care doctors in the Wilmington area. DR. Chisenhall goes the extra mile to make sure that my kids have what they need. My kids have gone here for years, and I will continue to bring my kids here. I trust her experience and knowledge, and I trust her judgment of when to treat with medicine and when not to. Also, the staff has been very caring and helpful. They whole practice goes above and beyond! I will recommend them over and over again for anyone looking for a pediactric doctors office. Thank you all!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
